How it works

Step 1. Register your account

Answer a short questionnaire from your smartphone, tablet or computer. You only need to provide your information such as address and phone number one time.

Registration takes less than 10 minutes.

Step 2. Tell us the reason for your visit

Is this consultation for you or someone else? If you are calling on behalf of someone else such as one of your spouse or relative, we will also need their information.

Do you need a laboratory or radiology order? We can help.

Step 3. Pharmacy information and secure payment

If after your consultation you require a prescription, our providers can send it to your preferred pharmacy.

Each consultation is $25.00 and we accept cash only. Secure payment methods include Square and PayPal.

Step 4. Talk to certified Physician Assistant

Choose of you want a call or video chat. Certified physician assistant LaChune will contact you.

How does the consultation process work?

Simply selection an applicable condition, answer a few health questions and submit to a certified Physician Assistant to a licensed medical provider for review. If applicable, a phone call, text, or video chat may be needed. Once completed, a prescription will be sent to the pharmacy.

Can I use my Insurance?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting any insurance carriers at this moment. We can provide you with an itemized receipt for insurance reimbursement. Insurance may be used for your drug at the pharmacy, labs, and other third-party tests.

What if my pharmacy does not have my medication?

Simply contact us immediately via email or text. We'll be happy to resend your prescription or transfer it to a different pharmacy. Unfortunately, this does not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Do I still have to pay for my medication?

Patients are responsible for covering the medication cost out of pocket or with insurance.

What if my insurance does not cover my medication?

You may pay out of pocket or request an alternative drug.

Is your service and consultation fee refundable?

No Refunds. Unfortunately, the consultation fee is nonrefundable once we have rendered the service or ordered the prescription. We're happy to retreat, reevaluate, or rectify any issues that may arise.
